About TPSYC-101
The Introduction to Telepsychology (TPSYC-101) Curriculum is a training program for novice clinicians engaged in tele-therapy and tele-assessment by providing web-based continuing and professional education. The TPSYC-101 content focuses on evidence-based practices for conducting telepsychology and addressing contemporary issues related to telepsychology practice.
Objectives
The TPSYC-101 Curriculum is designed to:
- Enhance the clinical skills of novice doctoral trainees in telepsychology
- Provide a systematic and uniform way of introducing clinical scenarios to all training students, regardless of the presenting problems of clients on their caseloads
- Utilize the content to contribute to research and literature on the efficacy of novice therapist’s engagement in telepsychology as an introduction to therapy skill-building
